Schedule and Benefits
Normal Clinic Schedule: M-F, 07:00am-04:00 w/ no call
Competitive compensation/negotiable as an Independent Contractor
Contract Term: February 2013 - September 2018 (minimum six month commitment required for consideration)
Benefits: Travel/lodging/car/Per Diem/ ect… or as comparable monetary compensation for such benefits
Minimum Qualifications
Current valid and unrestricted license to practice in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA Certifications.
Must be Board Certified in the specialty of Family Medicine.
Must have 12 months of recent experience within the past two years.
Must be able to pass a government background check and obtain clinical privileges at a government facility.
Specific Tasks
Adequately diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric and adult acute and chronic disease
Provide outpatient health care to qualifying beneficiaries
Maintain a program of comprehensive health for the family unit to include preventive medicine, behavioral sciences, and community health
Conduct patient examination by formulating differential diagnostic plans, defining orders, and diagnostic testing
Interpret examinations findings and test results, and implementation of treatment plans
Consult and assist medical care and treatment provided at the direction of other specialists
Approve and disapprove subspecialty referrals
Provide primary and secondary preventive maintenance care
Prior experience with EMR preferred
Maintain all records as required
