Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care (No Weekends or Holidays)
Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing a variety of common health issues. With an average patient volume of 20-22 per day, you'll enjoy a collaborative practice environment alongside three physicians and two nurse practitioners. The role includes oversight of two NPs and the integration of telehealth services, supported by a nurse triage system for call sharing.
