A family medicine practice in Houston, Texas, is seeking a full-time Physician to join its team. This position offers a generous salary plus bonus, extensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Call is limited to phone triage on a 1-in-5-week rotation. Position Offers
- Competitive pay: $235,000–$285,000 per year
- Bonus opportunity
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
- No weekends
- Light call: phone triage only, 1 week every 5 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and well-child visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care as needed
- Provide after-hours phone triage during on-call weeks
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Active DEA registration
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
