Position Overview

As a full-time Staff Physician, you will provide high-quality primary care through physical exams, patient education, and continuity of care. Working within a patient-centered model, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team supported by a 1:1 Medical Assistant/Physician ratio and a 1:2 RN/Physician ratio. Additional opportunities include clinical faculty appointments and teaching medical students, enabling you to contribute to the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician with an M.D. or D.O. degree, residency-trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board certification or eligibility is required, along with licensure eligibility in Connecticut. Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus and rewarded with a stipend.
