Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to coordinate care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active New Jersey license (or eligible)
- Active DEA and CDS
- Community health and bilingual Spanish experience preferred
