Job Details & Schedule
- Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM) / Family Practice (FP)
- Location: California (CA)
- Start Date: October 07, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing (30-day mutual notice required for assignment termination)
- Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Outpatient / Clinic Only (No call)
Patient Volume & Clinical Scope
- Patient Census / Volume: 18 patients per day (PPD) minimum
- Patient Population: Mix of Pediatrics and Adults (Will accept Family Medicine-only physicians who treat all ages)
- Clinical Duties: Routine outpatient primary care, including chronic pain management
- Chart Closure Expectation: Within 72 hours of encounter
Requirements & Credentials
- Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) preferred; Board Eligible (BE) considered within 5 years of residency completion (MD or DO accepted)
- Licensure & Registrations: Active California (CA) license & active DEA required prior to start date
- EMR System: Epic
- Submission Guidelines: Candidate CVs must include explicit Month/Year work history with all employment gaps accounted for
- Credentialing Timeline: 60+ Days (Typical timeframe 30–90 days; ~6 weeks standard with timely documentation)
Mandatory Pre-Start Immunizations
- 2022–2023 Flu Vaccine
- TB Status / Chest X-Ray (Results within 90 days of start date)
- Tdap Immunization (Within the last 10 years)
- Positive Titers or Complete Series for:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella Zoster (Chickenpox)
