Work Dates Needed: ASAP-3 months
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60 or 730a-5p (60)). NO weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Occ Health
Scope of Work: DOT, worker's comp, urgent care, injury first aid
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, active CA license, BLS, DEA. Must be DOT certified by start date. Occ Health experience a MUST.
EMR: Prognosis
