*Lead an established outpatient Family Medicine practice with responsibility for clinical quality and care delivery.
*Provide medical oversight and leadership for physicians, APPs, and clinical/office staff.
*Oversee medical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient care standards.
*Collaborate with practice and health system leadership on clinical and operational priorities.
*Full-time role with a variable schedule, including weekends; $324K–$386K annual base salary range.
*MD/DO with NJ license and BC/BE in Family Medicine required; prior leadership experience preferred.
