Part-Time Remote Primary Care Physician opportunity with Mira Mace, supporting patients living with chronic health conditions.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Role: Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
- Setting: Fully Remote, Evaluation and Management Video Visits
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours/week initially (weekends not required)
- Hours: Flexible based on your availability, 8am-6pm EST
- Compensation: $140-$150/hour
- Licensure: Multi-state licensed physician, (NJ, FL, CA, NY, TX preferred) IMLCC accepted
- Medicare: Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
- Focus: Patient eligibility screening, chart review, and care coordination (approximately 2 patients per hour)- No follow ups, patient is taken over by RN advocate
- Patient Profiles: Neuropathic pain, COPD, diabetes, cancer, asthma, Hypertension/ Blood Pressure conditions, and other chronic conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients with chronic conditions for eligibility in support programs.
- Review patient charts and documentation for appropriateness and compliance.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and support appropriate patient populations.
- Apply sound clinical judgment when reviewing medical records and determining program eligibility.
