Job description
- Start: November 2026 (11/1/2026); ongoing
- Type: Outpatient, clinic-only; no call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (will consider 3-4 days/week)
- Shift: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; guaranteed 8 hours/day; overtime after 9 hours
- Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month (full-time preferred)
- Patient encounters: 4-6 per shift
- Program: PACE (adults 55+); interdisciplinary team of 11
- Care settings: In-clinic and community/home visits (ALF, SNF, personal residences); driving required; typically accompanied by a team nurse
- Procedures: No OB/GYN or pediatric care/procedures required
- Requirements
- Certifications: Or license, DEA, BC or truly BE, BLS
- Credentialing: Current CV must be uploaded with bid
