Overview:
Our primary care practice in Houston is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of adult and family medicine. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Competitive salary: $220,000–250,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular risk factors with ongoing monitoring and follow-up
- Deliver preventive care services, including annual wellness visits, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services to ensure seamless transitions and integrated treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and self-management strategies in clear, accessible language
- Document all patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately and timely in the EHR
- Apply evidence-based guidelines and clinical protocols to inform diagnostic and therapeutic decisions
- Provide culturally competent care, adapting communication and care plans to meet the needs of diverse populations
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, current medical licensure (MD/DO) in Texas
- Experience in Family Medicine, Sleep Medicine, or Women's Health preferred
