What You’ll Do
- Review charts and data reports submitted by nurse practitioners
- Ensure compliance with health plan reporting standards
- Communicate via email with nurse practitioners and internal team
- Provide oversight for health risk assessments and data reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth workflow
Required:
- Valid medical license in Mississippi
- Experience in physician chart review or health risk assessments
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in oversight or administrative roles
- Knowledge of health plan reporting requirements
