Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, Connecticut. This is a rare opportunity to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up while delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients in a modern and collaborative practice environment. Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)

• Location: Groton, CT - a picturesque coastal town known for its beaches, vibrant village centers, and welcoming community atmosphere

• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care

• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about part-time and hybrid options if preferred)

• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months

• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on, Residency Stipend, Relocation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

• BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
