Overview:
Our family medicine practice near Provo is seeking a Physician to provide traditional family medicine plus urgent care services across the lifespan. New grads and experienced physicians alike are encouraged to apply for this flexible, 4-day-a-week role with strong bonus incentives.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Flexible, 4 days a week
• Competitive salary: $180,000–250,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive primary care clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
• Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma
• Provide preventive care services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
• Deliver pediatric, adult, and geriatric primary care, including well-child visits and acute illness management
• Provide women's health services, including gynecologic care, family planning, prenatal care, and postpartum follow-up
• Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, lesion removal, and joint injections
• Document patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the EHR
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, managing referrals and communicating care plans with the care team

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Utah
• Comfortable providing both traditional family medicine and urgent care services
