This role offers a flexible schedule within a structured correctional healthcare environment focused on primary care and chronic disease management.
Position Details

Clinical Responsibilities
Manage a panel of chronic care and internal medicine patients
Provide ongoing primary care and chronic disease management
Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate care with facility clinical staff and specialty providers
Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
Provide follow-up care and ongoing management recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
MD or DO required
Active Massachusetts medical license required/preferred based on facility requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice preferred
Prior primary care or chronic disease management experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a correctional medicine environment
Compensation
