Qualifications • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. • Experience working in a Family Practice or primary care environment preferred. • Community health experience preferred. • Valid New Jersey medical license. • Current CDS and DEA registration. • Current CPR certification. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
