Overview:
Our primary care practice in San Francisco is seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population. New grads and experienced physicians alike are encouraged to apply for this flexible role, available full-time or part-time.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; full-time or part-time (3-4 days/week) available
- Competitive pay: $150–175 per hour (DOE)
- No call required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment plans, including physicals and well visits
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based guidelines
- Develop individualized patient care plans and monitor treatment progress through follow-up visits
- Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing to support clinical decision-making
- Administer immunizations and preventive health services
- Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related primary care specialty
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active or eligible California medical license and DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient primary care
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient relationship skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
