Physician/Doctor - Family Practice
Location: OK
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (schedule may be 4x10s or 5x8s as documented)
Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages in a clinic setting.
Clinical Scope Highlights
Must be able to see all ages
Patient volume (scheduled): 16-18 patients per 8-hour day; 20-22 patients per 10-hour day; ramping up to 18-24 scheduled patient appointments per day after orientation
Support staff includes dedicated LPN for rooming, clinical assistant, RN for referral management, and nursing case managers (chronic care)
Digital clinical assistant embedded in the EMR noted as available
Required Qualifications
OK license required (no exception noted)
MD or DO with Family Practice or Internal Medicine training/experience (Emergency Medicine experience noted as possible)
Credentialing / Onboarding
Placement length: 90 days with possibility of extensions and full-time employment (as documented)
Start upon successful completion of credentialing
