Job description
Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Hollywood, Florida medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about building long-term patient relationships while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment supported by an integrated healthcare team.
Opportunity Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care practice
- Provide care to patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- No weekends
- No call responsibilities

Physician Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care
