Overview:
Our practice in Tuscaloosa is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a growth-oriented practice environment.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Competitive compensation: $260,000+ per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
- Document patient encounters accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients on preventive care and ongoing health management
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
- Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Alabama, or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
