Position Overview
Outpatient medicine focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Evaluate and manage moderately complex to complex patient health issues and refer to specialists as clinically indicated.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
Active licensure meeting the requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
5+ years of technical/clinical experience per Order notes.
Participation in TB screening program required for this patient-facing role per Order notes.
