Overview:
Our practice in Prescott Valley is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide comprehensive outpatient care for an established adult patient population. New graduates are welcomed to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no nights or weekends
• Productivity-based compensation with average earnings of $230,000–250,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Manage preventive care, wellness exams, acute visits, and chronic conditions
• Perform medication management and ongoing treatment planning
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate follow-up care
• Deliver patient education to support long-term health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care
• Support quality and care improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Arizona
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting with strong clinical and communication skills
