Tentative start date: of September 16th thru October 27th with potential extensions
Schedule- M, T, W, F 9am-5:30pm and Th 11:30am-8pm
Specialty/Scope of Practice Needed: Board Certified Family Medicine Physician or an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider
Treat all ages. Women’s Health and perform procedures: Insert & remove IUD, Skin Biopsy, Skin Tag Removal, Cryotherapy, Place/Remove Sutures, Treatment of abscess with I&D, Joint Injection, Trigger Point Injections, Wound Care, Toenail Removal, Insertion/Removal of Contraceptive Implant
Note: High volume, fast paced community clinic setting. Support includes: 2 Medical Assistants
EMR System: EPIC
Please add to the assignment letter the following
- Any requested days off
- No unauthorized OT only patient facing time is billable i.e. working through lunch is not billable
- Non-Working Hours for Company Meetings-Every 2nd Tuesday of the month clinic starts at 1:00 p.m. and Once a month 1 ½ hours in the morning for clinic staff meeting dates *Site manager will provide the date*
