Job description
Core Primary Care is seeking an Outpatient Internal or Family Medicine physician for our Sugar Land office. Established in 2019, our Houston based practice maintains a vibrant culture dedicated to ongoing advancement and non-traditional, team-based care. With over 20 providers across five locations, we manage 40,000 patient visits annually, providing an extensive array of wellness services for both acute and chronic health concerns.
Key Services:
- Comprehensive Health & Disease Management: Blends preventive routine care (such as annual physicals and Medicare wellness exams) with dedicated management for chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, and respiratory issues.
- Acute & Urgent Care Services: Provides prompt diagnostic testing and same-day sick visits for sudden illnesses, infections, and minor injuries to help patients avoid unnecessary emergency room visits.
- Mental & Behavioral Health: Dedicated providers who offerspecialized psychiatric evaluations, mood stabilization, and tailored medication management for conditions including adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
- Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics: Combines physician-supervised weight management programs (utilizing dietary coaching, lifestyle tools, and medical treatments) with advanced cosmetic solutions like Botox, dermal fillers, and laser therapies.
Requirements and Schedule:
- New and experienced physicians welcomed.
- Fluency in Spanish is an added benefit but not required
- Full-time schedule with the option to work a 4 day work-week (8-6pm, off day of your choice) , or 5 day work-week (M-F 8-6pm) with no call.
- Board certification/Eligibility required. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
