Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine
Near Provo, UT
Overview:
Our practice near Provo is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care, combining traditional family medicine with urgent care services. New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Flexible, 4 days a week
- Competitive salary: $180,000–250,000 (DOE)
- Productivity bonus of $25,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive primary care clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
- Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma
- Provide preventive care services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Deliver pediatric, adult, and geriatric primary care, including well-child visits and acute illness management
- Provide women's health services, including gynecologic care, family planning, prenatal care, and postpartum follow-up
- Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, lesion removal, and joint injections
- Document patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the EHR
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, managing referrals and communicating care plans with the care team
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Utah
- Comfortable providing both traditional family medicine and urgent care services
