Job description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Front Royal, VA. This is an in-home health assessment opportunity serving health plan members across the northern Shenandoah Valley and adjacent Piedmont counties. Please see below for more information.
- Practice setting: home health / in-home member evaluations
- Charting completed in a proprietary in-home assessment platform
Job Responsibilities
Perform history and physical examination, review of systems, and medication reconciliation
Identify and document chronic conditions, care gaps, and follow-up needs
Complete an average of 6-9 in-home evaluations per day
Document all findings in the assessment platform
Travel within the assigned territory, which includes: Madison County, Page County, Rappahannock County, and Warren County
Qualifications
Active Virginia medical license required
DEA registration not required for this assignment
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling available Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required
No call required
