• Manage patient panel in a patient-centered medical home environment
• Work with underserved patient populations in community health setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient care documentation
• Collaborate with certified bilingual Medical Assistant for translation and patient care
• Work 1.0 FTE schedule (40 hours per week with 34 hours clinical and 6 hours administrative time)
• Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive patient care
• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program
• Opportunity for 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• HPSA Primary Care Score of 18
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
