This outpatient clinic is a well-established, highly collaborative primary care setting that supports Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. The facility features an onsite Ambulatory Surgery Center and offers a diverse range of specialty services including Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery, creating a truly comprehensive care environment for both providers and patients.Opportunity:

- Outpatient only practice - no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required
- Join a highly engaged Primary Care team consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners

- Leadership and Medical Director opportunity available

- Work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week
- Clinic patients average 16-18 per day
