This outpatient clinic is a well-established, highly collaborative healthcare setting offering a broad range of services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery. The facility also features an on-site Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, providing a comprehensive, one-stop care environment for patients and a dynamic, well-supported workplace for providers.Opportunity:

- Outpatient practice only - no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required
- Join a highly engaged Primary Care team consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
- Great mentorship available for new and experienced providers
- Terrific opportunity to work with local sports teams
- Leadership and Medical Director opportunity available
- Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery services also on site
- Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within the clinic
- Work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week
- Clinic patients average 16-18 patients per day
- Additional outreach opportunities available
- BC/BE in Family Medicine required
