Job description
We are seeking a Primary Care physician for a locum tenens position in Steubenville, Ohio. This is a home health opportunity conducting in-home health evaluations for health plan members across a multi-county market in eastern Ohio. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Perform a comprehensive history and physical assessment in the member's residence
Review current medications, identify chronic conditions, and document care gaps
Complete approximately six to nine member visits per day
Travel to member residences across Belmont, Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson, and Monroe counties
Document each encounter in the electronic charting platform provided
Assessment and documentation only; this role does not include prescribing or diagnosing
Qualifications
Active Ohio medical license required
DEA registration is not required for this position
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling available Monday through Sunday; no nights or weekends required
No call required
