Job description
We are seeking a Family Medicine physician for a locum tenens position in Lancaster, California. This is an outpatient clinic-based opportunity with no call requirement. Please see below for more information.
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Manage a patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics
Maintain a clinic schedule of approximately 23-25 patients per day, averaging 3 patients per hour with 30 minutes of dedicated administrative time
Document all patient encounters in the Epic EMR
Coordinate care with clinical support staff throughout each session
Qualifications
Active California medical license required
California DEA required
BLS certification required
Working Hours
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with slight flexibility (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM available)
No call required
