  • Locums-to-perm from the outset

  • No call, outpatient only

Assignment Details Start/end: 10/12/2026 through 1/1/2027 Schedule: 3 days/week Fort Fairfield (8-5 Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri, 9-6 Tue), 2 days/week women's health (8-4:30 Mon-Fri); solo coverage Coverage type: No call, outpatient + telehealth Volume: ~22 patients/shift Setting: Outpatient primary care Support: 2 MAs, 4 office staff EMR: Cerner Credentialing: ~90 days Clinical Details Required scope: Family medicine with women's health focus — well woman care, IUD insertion/removal Must have women's health primary care experience Procedures outside primary care can be referred to OB office Minimum 3 years post-training; comfortable working solo Requirements Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine License: any state accepted BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
