Broad Scope Without RVU Pressure
The Opportunity
Practice full-scope rural Family Medicine across clinic, inpatient, emergency, procedures, and long-term-care support without routine OB, ICU, or inpatient surgery. New physicians typically see 6–10 patients daily, growing toward about 15.
Why This Role?
Income: $300,000 guaranteed salary with no RVU or production bonus.
Schedule: Four-day workweek with one weekday away from clinic.
Volume: Begin at 6–10 daily visits; mature near 15.
Scope: Clinic, inpatient, emergency, procedures, and long-term-care support.
Call: Target 1:5; reported after-hours onsite work under two hours weekly.
Support: APPs, experienced nursing, and emergency telemedicine backup.
Autonomy: Broad rural practice with meaningful local visibility and impact.
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available.
Incentives
Paid Time Off: 4-6 weeks.
Signing Bonus: $20,000.
Incentives: $30,000 annual loan repayment, $5,000 CME, and relocation assistance.
