Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in a community health center in Brooklyn, where you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and enhancing community health.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage HIV, HBV, HCV, and co-infections.
- Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Provide preventive services, including PrEP/PEP, STI screening, and vaccinations.
- Deliver patient education and support adherence strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical mentorship.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Recognized as an HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM).
- 3 years plus of hands-on clinical experience managing patients with HIV, viral hepatitis, or related infectious conditions (preferred).
