seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a locum opportunity with Franklin Primary Health Center, a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving communities throughout southwest Alabama.

Franklin Primary Health Center has been providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for more than 50 years and operates a network of primary care clinics dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare across the region.

• Preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, chronic disease management, and follow-up appointments

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Active DEA

• BLS certification

• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
