A growing outpatient clinic in Southwest New Mexico is seeking a Family Medicine physician who wants no call, schedule control, and the chance to help shape a new primary care practice. This is a strong fit for a rural-comfort physician, new graduate, or J-1 candidate who values autonomy, complex primary care, and a community where access truly matters.
- Four-day work week with scheduling control
- 15–20 patients per day with your own MA and front desk support
- Onsite lab, Athena EMR, and Dragon dictation
- Negotiable salary with realistic income around $325,000
- $30K bonus, $20K relocation, and $45/RVU above 5,400 RVUs
- 8 weeks PTO, 5 CME days
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, 5% retirement match
- $5,000 CME, $2,500 licensing/dues, malpractice, tail coverage, and loan forgiveness options
