• Outpatient with mix of OB patients and standard FM
• OB inpatient responsibilities exist as desired
• Established, nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center serving more than 60,000 patients annually through an integrated model of care
• Collaborative women's health program supported by Family Medicine physicians, OB/GYN specialists, care coordinators, behavioral health providers, and nurse navigators
• Flexible 4.5-day work week with shared phone-only clinic call averaging approximately three weeks annually
