FAMILY MEDICINE

POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a family medicine physician to join a multispecialty clinical setting with an outpatient-only focus. The role supports a growing patient population and collaborates with advanced practice providers and clinical staff. The position functions within a large, integrated medical group supported by an established hospitalist program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Residency training in family medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Idaho.
• Interest in outpatient primary care within a multispecialty environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and clinical staff.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Ability to manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Capacity to adapt to a growing clinical practice.
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Outpatient-only primary care within a multispecialty group.

• Use of industry-standard EMR and modern clinical facilities.
• Support from an established hospitalist program.
