Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join established primary care practice in Potsdam, New York

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care and wellness services
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for New York medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation range: $250,000 - $300,000
