Compensation
- Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 annually, based on experience and productivity

Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care and health maintenance services
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with experienced clinical and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Contribute to improving the overall health of the community
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
- DEA certification or eligibility
- Passion for community-focused healthcare
