**Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Rumford, ME**
- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care
- Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Conduct wellness visits and routine physical exams
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
**Requirements**
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Maine medical licensure
- DEA certification or eligibility
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
