FAMILY MEDICINE
Employment Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports The Department in delivering outpatient primary care within an established multispecialty practice. Responsibilities include managing a broad range of ambulatory conditions, coordinating care with specialty services, and working within a collaborative clinical team. The position offers a stable weekday schedule, no call or weekend duties, and access to modern documentation tools designed to enhance workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
• Residency training in family medicine
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Texas
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multispecialty clinical environment
COMPETENCIES
• Management of acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Coordination with specialty services for comprehensive patient care
• Use of industry-standard EMR and automated documentation tools
• Participation in structured clinic workflows
• Delivery of patient-centered primary care
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Multispecialty team including physicians and advanced practice providers
• Outpatient-only model with no call or weekend responsibilities
