Seeking BC/BE Physician (IM/FM/EM or related) for Medical Director role in Bradenton, FL
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule, 5 days per week
Skilled nursing facility setting with medical directorship responsibilities
Fee-for-service compensation model with additional monthly stipend

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Provide medical directorship and oversee clinical quality initiatives
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
Active Florida license and DEA or ability to obtain
Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic setting preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated compensation $316,877 to $355,052 annually
