Seeking BC/BE Physician (IM/FM/EM or related) for Medical Director role in Cortland, New York
Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule, 4–5 days per week
- Skilled nursing facility setting with medical directorship responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide medical directorship and oversee clinical quality initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
- Active New York license and DEA or ability to obtain
- Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic setting preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated compensation $232,538 to $264,046 annually
