Out Patient Family Medicine
Seeking a Family Practice physician to work with a well- established, nationally recognized community health facility. Very nice, modern offices, fully staffed.
They are located 35 miles southwest of Chicago and part of Chicago metropolitan area. They have a population of 150,000 (one of the largest cities in Illinois. Enjoy live theatre, explore route 66 landmarks, great shopping, schools, restaurants.
They will offer a flexible schedule:
5 -8hr days with allotted Admin time
Only one 1/2 day on Saturday once a month which you will have time off during the week
Call by phone only 1:7 - one week after 5pm every 7 weeks, very light call
Out patient only
Reasonable patient volume
$185k-$195k alary with bonus structure
$12k quarterly production bonus
$10,000 sign on bonus
$5,000 retention bonus
Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
3 weeks paid vacation to start
80 hours PTO
CME - one week paid plus $2,000
