We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent full-time position in Lancaster, CA with Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (FQHC). This is an outpatient clinic role offering competitive compensation and a collaborative team environment. Please see below for more information.

Patients per Day: ~16–24
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time, Flexible shift times available | Occasional weekends as needed
Compensation: $280,000–$340,000/year

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Review labs and imaging; ensure appropriate patient follow-up
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate specialist referrals as needed
• Supervise mid-level providers as needed
• See approximately 16–24 patients per day
Qualifications
• Board Certified (Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine)
• Active California state license required
• DEA license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Community health or FQHC experience a plus
Working Hours
Flexible shift times available
Occasional weekends as needed
Permanent Position
Compensation: $280,000–$340,000/year
