We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Madison, WV with Boone Memorial Health. This is an outpatient/walk-in clinic opportunity offering a great work-life balance with no weekends required. Please see below for more information.
Facility: Boone Memorial Health
Address: 701 Madison Ave, Madison, WV
Practice Setting: Outpatient / Walk-in Clinic
EMR: CPSI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call: Split with other physicians
Patient Care: 95% patient care, 5% phone consults
Lab: Onsite
Start Date: 8/17/2026
Job Responsibilities
• Handle 95% direct patient care and 5% phone consults
• Work collaboratively with other physicians to manage call coverage
• Document patient encounters using CPSI EMR
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
• Active West Virginia state license required
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• CPSI EMR experience a plus
Working Hours
Call split with other physicians
