We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Wise, VA. This opportunity involves conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Please see below for more information.

Practice Setting: Home Health
Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
Job Responsibilities
- Perform medication and medical history review during each visit
- Complete physical evaluations in health plan members' homes
- Average 6-9 visits per day
- Providers do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens
Qualifications
- Active Virginia state license required
Working Hours
Flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday
No nights or weekends required
