Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center in Lancaster, California is seeking a licensed Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Review labs and imaging; ensure appropriate follow-up
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate specialist referrals
• Supervise mid-level providers as needed
• See approximately 16–24 patients per day
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active California medical license
• DEA license required
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Community health or FQHC experience a plus
