Community Health Centers (ODCHC), is seeking compassionate and mission-driven healthcare professionals dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care to underserved communities along California’s North Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, LVN, etc.), responsibilities may include:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient healthcare services
- Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
- Support organizational goals related to community health and access
- Participate in outreach and health education initiatives when applicable
Job Responsibilities
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
Supervise clinical support staff when appropriate
Qualifications
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to serving underserved populations
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
